Family Law Attorney

Our client is seeking a litigation attorney with an interest in Family Law. The ideal candidate will be an Attorney with 2-5 years of experience as a litigator, barred and based in Minnesota . The ideal candidate will provide expert legal counsel and representation in family law matters.
Duties
* Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, custody, and support.
* Draft and review legal documents related to family law matters.
* Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
* Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
* Advise clients on legal rights and obligations.
Requirements
* 2-5 years of experience in law practice.
* Active license to practice law in Minnesota.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Education
* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
* Licensed to practice law in Minnesota.
Skills
* Proficient in legal research and writing.
* Excellent interpersonal and client management skills.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
