CNC Machinist – Mills, Lathes & Swiss - Direct Employment

Up to $45/hr | Multiple Shifts Available

Job Duties

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and/or Swiss machines
• Perform tool changes, offsets, and basic troubleshooting
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools
• Make minor program edits at the machine
• Run both short- and long-production jobs
• Read blueprints and follow specifications
• Complete production and quality documentation electronically
• Machine aluminum and steel parts to tight tolerances
• Follow all safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of CNC machining experience
• Experience with machine setups, tooling, and inspections
• Ability to read blueprints
• Experience with Haas or multi-axis machines is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Desire to learn and grow within the company

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $45.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
