Whether your experience is with CNC mills, lathes, or Swiss machines, we want to hear from you.Job DutiesSet up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and/or Swiss machinesPerform tool changes, offsets, and basic troubleshootingInspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring toolsMake minor program edits at the machineRun both short- and long-production jobsRead blueprints and follow specificationsComplete production and quality documentation electronicallyMachine aluminum and steel parts to tight tolerancesFollow all safety and quality standardsQualificationsAt least 1 year of CNC machining experienceExperience with machine setups, tooling, and inspectionsAbility to read blueprintsExperience with Haas or multi-axis machines is a plusStrong attention to detail and reliabilityDesire to learn and grow within the companyPay & Benefits$28-$45/hr depending on experienceMultiple shift options availableMonday-Thursday schedules available at some locationsClean, climate-controlled facilityModern, well-maintained equipmentSupportive team environmentLong-term career growth and advancement potentialJob Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Minnetonka, MN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $45.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
