4th Shift – Overnight- 2 Positions

• Friday: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Saturday: 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM
• Sunday: 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM
• Monday: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

5th Shift – Day- 4 Positions

• Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Sunday: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Monday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Bonus

Eligible employees may receive a $3,000 bonus :

• $1,000 after 14 days with perfect attendance
• $1,000 after 60 days
• $1,000 after 90 days

Eligibility requirements apply. To receive the 60- and 90-day payments, the 14-day bonus must have been earned.

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced CNC Operators to support the manufacturing of high-precision aerospace components. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience setting up and operating 3-axis CNC milling and/or turning machines and working in a precision manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC 3-axis milling and/or turning machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
• Perform milling, drilling, tapping, boring, reaming, and turning operations.
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools.
• Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues and make necessary machine adjustments.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records while following safety and quality procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CNC/machining experience or equivalent vocational machinist training.
• Hands-on experience setting up and operating 3-axis CNC machines .
• Knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and shop safety.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments and quality inspection.
• Ability to work around oils, coolants, and manufacturing equipment.
• Aerospace or other highly regulated manufacturing experience is a plus.
