COLLECTIONS REPRESENTATIVE
LOCATION
LasColinas,TX|Onsite
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• Pay Rate: $17–$19 per hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour break) or 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (30-minute break)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Assignment Length: 3–4 weeks
• Employment Type: Temporary, W-2

CornerStoneStaffingisseekinganentry - levelCollectionsRepresentativeforashort - termassignmentinLasColinas,TX.Thispositionfocusesonmakingoutboundcollectioncalls,followinguponoutstandingbalances,andmaintainingaccuraterecordsofcustomerinteractions.Idealcandidatesaredependable,professionalonthephone,andcomfortablehandlingrepetitivecallingtasks.Previouscollectionsexperienceisnotrequired.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Makeoutboundcollectioncallstocustomersregardingoutstandingbalancesandpast -dueaccounts.
• Communicateprofessionallywithcustomerstodiscusspaymentstatusandpotentialpaymentarrangements.
• Documentcallactivity,customerresponses,andaccountupdatesaccurately.
• Followestablishedcollectionprocedureswhilemaintainingconfidentialityandprofessionalism.
• Meetdailycallingexpectationsandsupportthetimelyresolutionofoutstandingaccounts.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of in-person, face-to-face customer service experience in a retail, hospitality, banking, front desk, or similar customer-facing environment.
• Demonstratedjobstabilitywithaconsistentemploymenthistory,reliableattendance,andastrongrecordofprofessionalcommitment.
• Strong verbal communication and basic computer skills, ability to complete the full onsite assignment, and successful completion of required pre-employment screening, including background verification and drug testing.
• AbilitytoworkonsiteinLasColinasforthefull3–4weekassignmentandsuccessfullycompleterequiredpre - employmentscreening,includingbackgroundverificationanddrugtesting.
