Boeing Commercial Airlines (BCA) Human Resources (HR) organization is seeking an Associate Human Resources Generalist to join the HR team in Everett WA.

The position will play a key role in supporting the success of Boeings business and the HR functions objective to provide world class HR service and employee experience.

This HR Operations case management position supports employees and managers in Boeing Commercial Airplane programs. This position is fully on-site and co-located with the HR generalist teams in our Everett factory and will primarily support managers of hourly union team members.

Position Responsibilities:

• Administers Human Resources programs systems and processes
• Provides guidance and implementation assistance of HR policies practices and strategies
• Resolves or refers HR cases on attendance employee corrective action and various HR process/product questions from employees and managers
• Contributes to the development of a culture where employee experience is at the center of HR service delivery
• Aids in supporting the delivery of key HR processes (performance support employee movement leadership coaching etc.)
• Works closely with HR COEs to provide input for the design of HR programs in specific areas (e.g. attendance case management) and to support the delivery of programs
• Utilizes HR metrics and people data to drive solutions based on trends and understand effectiveness of support provided
• Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems referring to established precedents and policies

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 1 years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs policies practices and processes
• 1 years of experience balancing multiple tasks concurrently and paying close attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment
• 1 years of experience with Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
• Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers and partners

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Human Resources certification
• Experience with Workday and/or ServiceNow
• Experience with HR case management tools and topics
• Experience collaborating across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final product
• Excellent verbal written and presentation skills high-impact communication style
