HR Generalist

Support daily HR operations in Fresno, CA by managing core people processes and advising employees and leaders on policy and compliance. Responsibilities Administer recruitment activities as part of day-to-day HR operations Manage onboarding processes for new employees Support employee relations needs across the organization Administer benefits programs and related HR activities Oversee leave management processes Provide payroll support to help ensure accurate HR pay operations Support performance management activities Administer HR compliance requirements Interpret and apply company policies and employment laws to promote a positive, productive, compliant workplace Maintain accurate employee records Support organizational initiatives Assist in developing and implementing HR programs and best practices aligned with the organization’s mission and goals Serve as a resource to employees and management Requirements Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required) At least five (5) years of progressive human resource management experience (required) Fluent in English and Spanish Compensation & Schedule $30.00 - $35.00 per hour 40.0 hours per week Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Employee assistance program Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Work Location In person Fresno, CA #J-18808-Ljbffr
