Work Environment\n

You will have the option to choose your schedule from 4x10 or 5x8 shifts during flexible hours, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 7 PM, allowing you to tailor your work hours to your personal needs while contributing to our mission.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapy or counseling to individuals, groups, couples, or families facing mental health challenges.
\n
• Conduct interviews with clients to assess their social, personal, environmental, and health histories, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.

• Evaluate client issues and develop comprehensive treatment plans that align with their individual needs.
\n
• Facilitate programs and activities aimed at addressing clients' emotional and psychological needs, adapting methods to different situations.
\n
• Manage and resolve immediate mental health crises through short-term interventions and effective referrals to community resources.
\n
• Build and maintain trustful therapeutic relationships characterized by respect and empathy.
\n
• Continuously assess the effectiveness of treatment plans and adjust strategies as necessary to optimize client care.

• Document treatment progress and findings in client records following strict confidentiality protocols.

• Maintain a manageable caseload that reflects the ongoing need for client support and documentation accuracy.

• Offer individual clinical counseling services catering to diverse mental health issues.
\n
• Participate in ongoing professional development and may undertake additional duties as required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals experiencing a range of behavioral health problems, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, substance abuse disorders, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation in the state of Arizona is required.

• A minimum of four years of relevant professional experience is preferred, with a strong foundation in clinical practice.

• Demonstrated competence in managing mental health issues, including behavioral health treatments for mood disorders, substance abuse, and family therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in a Detox Center or similar healthcare setting is highly advantageous.

• Proficient in using telehealth platforms and maintaining client engagement in virtual counseling services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
