Exemption Status: United States of America (Exempt) Salary Range: $85,356 - $115,232 - $145,107. Pay scale information: not necessarily reflective of actual compensation and is dependent on experience, education, qualifications and other factors. Company overview: Prescient Holdings Group (PHG) is a healthcare company providing pharmaceutical management solutions to payers, patients, and providers, focused on optimizing drug access and spend through formulary and rebate services. Responsibilities Builds and maintains strong and positive client relationships ensuring customer satisfaction, growth and retention for assigned clients. Leads the account service team for clients in strategic planning and daily operations, focusing on service, revenue and operational efficiency, retention and client growth. Manages book of business in pursuit of fiscal revenue targets set by management. Develops and manages the account team’s annual strategic plan for assigned book of business to address all aspects of client lifecycle, including service, financial, growth and clinical initiatives. Ensures high client satisfaction and retention through demonstrable results by effectively leading the service team to achieve client service goals. Utilizes PHG forums and resources to proactively address client needs and to escalate issues where appropriate. Provides timely feedback of strategic plan performance and outcomes to management, ensuring service and growth opportunities are maximized and incorporated into organizational strategy planning. Provides oversight of projects and client initiatives and assists in interpreting and contextualizing client requests. Maintains integrity of the annual strategic business plan and manages the fiscal revenue plan. Manages client renewal process, including development and review of pricing proposals in lieu of the fiscal revenue plan, mitigates organizational risks with respect to performance guarantees, and identifies opportunities for PHG product usage and client growth. Leads renewal presentations, utilizes internal pro‑forma financial tools and forums to ensure preparedness and success. Supports implementation for assigned clients, including oversight of implementation and contract terms. Manages client contract throughout the lifecycle of the account. Builds strong internal relationships with the account service matrix team to realize the full potential of the assigned book of business. Coordinates with PHG subject matter experts to increase knowledge of PHG products, services and industry information to strengthen client relationships. Organizes and leads client business planning meetings, quarterly and annual executive pharmacy briefings, client leadership councils and internal team strategy planning discussions. Demonstrates proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and organizational web‑based tools supporting these functions. Supports and assists in sales and prospect presentations. Develops and maintains effective relationships with client consultants as appropriate. Other duties may be assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities No supervisory responsibilities. Education and/or Experience BS/BA and 7+ years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, with 4 years of subject‑matter expertise in respective areas. Computer Skills Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook. Experience as a user of multiple business software applications is required. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Pharmacy Technician license or national certification desired. Other Skills and Abilities Outstanding knowledge of the health benefits arena, preferably in pharmacy benefits management (PBM) or other managed healthcare services to managed care organizations, insurance companies, and other health‑related entities. Reasoning Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations with limited standardization. Mathematical Skills to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages and basic algebra and geometry concepts. Language Skills to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations, and to effectively present information and respond to questions. Work Environment Typical office environment with moderate noise. Employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, toxic chemicals, and electrical shock or vibration. Work Location On‑site at the San Diego Headquarters or other company location; remote location possible with management approval based on business requirements. Working Hours Flexible hours required to fully accomplish job responsibilities. May work beyond traditional hours, including nights, weekends, or holidays. Core business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with possible overtime or schedule changes. Travel Domestic travel up to 20% of the time.
