AP Admin Assistant
Location
Merrimack, NH
Hours:

• Monday- Friday; 8:00am – 5:00 pm

Position Duties:

• Process high-volume accounts payable transactions and invoice entry
• Review, verify, and code invoices accurately for payment
• Process payment batches and ensure timely vendor payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate outstanding issues
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial documentation
• Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable

Position Requirements:

• Previous Accounts Payable experience required
• Experience processing a high volume of invoices in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Sage 100 or other Sage ERP software strongly preferred
• Construction or manufacturing industry accounts payable experience is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with accuracy and professionalism

Pay Rate:

• $25 / Hour

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
