A Day in the Life As a Senior Region Manager, you’re in charge of dominating all sales-generating activity across your region—leading from the front with bottlers, retailers, and your field sales crew. You’ll push performance, accelerate growth, and ensure our brand hits harder than the competition every single day. You’ll take full ownership of bottler results—locking in and executing joint business plans that deliver. From the street level to the top line, you’ll influence sales, sharpen execution, and ensure every national and local marketing hit lands with impact, driving share and smashing targets. This role is about leadership, hustle, and results. You’ll build strong partnerships, lead a high-performing team, and make sure we show up bigger, faster, and stronger in every account. The Impact You’ll Make Lead market sales team to achieve annual business plan; develop joint business plan, execute quarterly sales and marketing initiatives, identify opportunities and measure performance indicators within the assigned geography. Attract, recruit, develop, and retain sales talent for the organization. Manage high level bottler relationships with sales center leadership within our bottlers and implement Monster business unit and division priorities with their specific sales and distribution centers. Utilize all Monster Energy Company tools (CRM and other capabilities) to maximize productivity and results in the assigned market. Train Bottler Sales Representatives on product knowledge, sales methodologies, and marketing and sales promotions through partnership ridealongs, sales presentations, huddle calls, and team calls. Sell at retail (outlet level) aligned with quarterly strategic initiatives focused on innovation, distribution, displays, and equipment placements. Lead and develop region crew drives, market audits, company meetings and events, sampling initiatives, and local retail meetings; plan, communicate, execute and own all facets of sales events, set‑up, tear‑down, customer hosting, sales presentations, and additional responsibilities. Qualifications Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field. Minimum: 5+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing in the beverage industry or consumer packaged goods (CPG). Experience: 3–5 years of executing strategic sales plans and exceeding sales targets. Age: 21 years or older and maintain an acceptable driving record. Additional skills: Forecasting, experience with Nielsen, IRI, and other sales reporting systems. Compensation Estimated annual salary range: $78,925 – $113,000 USD. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
