- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and family members to create seamless care frameworks.
- Provide educational resources and support to patients and their families to sustain progress beyond clinical environments.
- Engage in occasional inpatient evaluations and therapy interventions, ensuring consistent care throughout the healing process.

- Strong communication skills conducive to establishing rapport with patients, their families, and members of interdisciplinary teams.
- Flexibility to adapt therapeutic techniques to meet diverse linguistic and cultural preferences.
- Solid clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Adeptness with electronic health records and documentation protocols.
Perks and Benefits
- Attractive compensation that reflects experience and skills.
- Schedule flexibility to promote work-life balance and accommodate varied patient needs.
