Program Manager

About the role: TQL is seeking a highly capable IT Program Manager to support strategic and tactical planning, execution and delivery of complex IT programs. This role is intended for a seasoned program manager who can operate independently, influence senior stakeholders and lead multiple initiatives in an Agile and hybrid delivery environment. While deep technical expertise is valued, we also welcome candidates who bring strong program leadership, learning agility and the ability to partner closely with technical teams to bridge knowledge gaps.
