Outside Sales Rep (Fleet/Commercial Tires) - East Walpole, MA

Position Summary We are seeking a Fleet Tire Sales Specialist to sell new and retreaded commercial truck tires and related products and services. This role involves managing current customer accounts, developing new accounts, meeting sales objectives, and providing accurate product information while monitoring market intelligence that impacts business and pricing. Compensation Starting base salary $48,000–$60,000 guaranteed Commission structure with uncapped earnings potential (top earners $120,000+) Benefits Company vehicle and technology provided Responsibilities Actively seek and develop new accounts and represent the company to potential customers. Travel frequently from customer sites to build and maintain relationships. Sell company-supported products and services. Meet sales goals set by management. Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers. Evaluate customer needs and make recommendations using a value-selling approach. Attend sales training and continually build product knowledge. Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods, including light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, sitting, and squatting. Create or increase truck tire sales through a planned program of regular solicitation. Schedule fleet service appointments and coordinate with the service department. Conduct fleet needs evaluations and provide customers with cost analysis and benefits. Ensure prompt resolution of tire adjustments and proper handling of customer casings. Deliver tires to customers as needed. Basic Requirements 2 years or more of successful sales and/or business-to-business experience. Valid driver’s license for the type of vehicle required and ability to meet commercial driver qualification requirements. Minimum age 21 years. No relocation offered for this position. Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future. Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Associate Degree in a related field. Previous business-to-business sales experience. Candidate Criteria Strong oral and written communication ability. Commitment to follow all safety procedures and work in a safe manner. Ability to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment as part of a team.
