Recruiting Coordinator "Remote Work"

Title: Recruiting Coordinator (Entry-Level) Location: Woodstock, GA (fully on site)
Comp: $25/hr
We’re partnering with a growing organization looking to add a Recruiting Coordinator to support their talent acquisition team. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone interested in building a career in recruiting or HR, with exposure to the full hiring lifecycle and daily interaction with candidates and hiring managers.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
Post job openings across job boards, LinkedIn, and internal systems
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate records
Assist with offer letters, onboarding coordination, and hiring paperwork
Support recruiting events, job fairs, or outreach initiatives
Provide general administrative support to the recruiting/HR team
Bachelor’s degree or relevant internship/administrative experience preferred
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook)
Experience with applicant tracking systems or recruiting tools is a plus
Interest in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition
Strong entry point into recruiting or HR careers
Exposure to full-cycle recruiting and hiring processes
