Responsibilities Assist customers warmly in person and over the phone. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. Required Qualifications Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to obtain Property and Casualty and Life and Health insurance licenses. Preferred Qualifications Receptionist experience. Insurance industry experience.
