Pre-Suit Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Pre-Suit Attorney for its Jacksonville, FL office. The role involves managing pre-litigation work, guiding clients, and overseeing a team of Case Managers, with a focus on personal injury cases, primarily motor vehicle incidents. Duties Handle all pre-litigation work daily Complete Flip-to-Lit approval Guide clients through the case process Draft and file pre-litigation documents Complete TD approval for liability issues Oversee settlement negotiations and demand packages Manage the release approval process Lead a team of 6-10 Case Managers Focus on personal injury cases, primarily motor vehicle cases Drive compliance and KPIs among team Conduct EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements Requirements Law degree from an accredited law school Active member in good standing with the FL State Bar Association 2+ years of personal injury experience Ability to manage a high volume of pre-lit cases Excellent client service and communication skills Strong leadership skills Self-starter driven by long-term career goals Superior writing and oral advocacy skills Desire to become part of a trial team Education Law degree from an accredited institution Certifications Active membership with the FL State Bar Association Skills Strong leadership and management abilities Excellent communication and client service skills Superior writing and oral advocacy skills Ability to manage high-volume caseloads Benefits Medical and dental insurance 401(k) plan Paid time off and paid holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr BCG Attorney Search
