HR Generalist: Recruit, Onboard, Elevate Employee Experience
Wickenburg Community Hospital
Wickenburg Community Hospital is seeking an HR Generalist to handle the full HR spectrum for a designated segment. You will recruit, onboard, manage benefits, and oversee compliance while supporting employee relations. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in HR, a Bachelor’s in HR/Healthcare, and solid knowledge of federal/state employment laws. Proficiency with HRIS (ADP preferred) is essential.
