Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office and requires a professional who can manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong ability to coordinate various projects and events. This is a salary based position and will be based on relevant experience.
Duties
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and oversee project activities, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated effectively.
- Plan and execute corporate events, meetings, and conferences with meticulous attention to detail.
- Manage software systems across multiple businesses.
- Work with accounting, marketing, and management staff to ensure smooth operating procedures.
Experience
- Proven experience in an executive assistant or similar role is preferred.
- Strong project coordination skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- MUST BE PROFICIENT IN SOFTWARE SYSTEMS: Including but not limited to dropbox, slack, trello, Toast, Xtra Chef, Mindbody, Google Suite, Microsoft Outlook, Excel.
- Must be highly flexible and willing to accommodate changes in scheduling.
- Proficient in data entry with high accuracy rates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
