Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions to create a supportive environment where clients can share experiences, learn from one another, and build community.
• Conduct individualized therapy sessions tailored to each client's unique needs, helping them explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors for personal transformation.
• Collaborate with clients on creating comprehensive, personalized treatment plans that are goal-oriented and align with their specific preferences.
• Monitor progress using various assessment tools, ensuring clients are on track to meet their treatment goals while providing regular updates to the multidisciplinary team.
• Engage in ongoing communication and consult with colleagues, ensuring collaborative care and the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The focus of this position is on supporting young adults between the ages of 18 and 30 who are struggling with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other emotional challenges. Our program provides holistic and evidence-based treatment, allowing you to witness firsthand the transformations that can occur in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as psychology, social work, or counseling.
• Valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification to practice in Pennsylvania.
• Strong skills in empathy, communication, and the ability to create a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working with young adults in a clinical or community mental health setting.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques.
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve comprehensive client care.

Compensation and Benefits

Red Oak Mental Healthcare offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 annually, reflecting your expertise and the vital role you will play in our organization.
