Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, evidence-based therapy services tailored to the needs of a diverse clientele, demonstrating adaptability in therapeutic techniques.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify individual client needs and develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate measurable goals and tailored interventions.
• Facilitate various therapy modalities, including individual, couples, and family sessions, utilizing appropriate techniques based on client history and therapeutic goals.
• Monitor client progress collaboratively, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes and alignment with the client's evolving needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation adhering to state and federal regulatory guidelines, ensuring compliance while keeping client information secure.
• Utilize our integrated digital platform for efficient management of client scheduling, notes, and engagement tracking, enhancing the overall client experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapists work with a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and other mental health issues. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• A current and unrestricted state license to practice independently as a therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD) is mandatory.

• Experience in providing evidence-based therapeutic practices, particularly in a community health setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms to enhance service delivery and client engagement.

Compensation and Benefits
