Mission Linen Supply is seeking an experienced Account Representative. The ideal Account Representative is an enthusiastic sales professional responsible for developing new business. No linen or uniform industry experience is required. Previous sales or customer service experience, whether in the linen/uniform rental industry or with the types of customers we serve (hospitality, medical, and industrial businesses), is a plus, but we'll train you on our specific products and market. That means real, ongoing opportunities for career advancement, not a static org chart. Here’s how you’ll earn at Mission: Weeks 1-18: Learn and earn. Get paid $1,300 per week plus a $210 weekly car allowance, during training while you build your skills with support from your team. After training: Build your income. Receive a guaranteed base of $800 per week and watch your income grow as your accounts do. Earn what you create with uncapped potential. Your earnings are shaped by your results. In 2025, our Account Representatives earned between $72,000 and $188,000 based on their sales performance. Medical, dental, and vision insurance Retirement savings program Paid time off (sick, holiday, vacation) Full-time employment with full benefits Duties & Responsibilities Acquire new rental and direct sales business through cold calls, lead generation, and networking Develop new sales opportunities with existing customers Maintain or exceed established sales quotas for rental business and direct sales Display or demonstrate product using samples, marketing tools, and catalogs Quote prices and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained Prepare reports and keep expense accounts Required Skills & Qualifications Previous sales or customer service experience in the linen/uniform rental industry, or with similar customers (hospitality, medical, industrial), is a plus but not required Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Experience using CRM platforms like Salesforce.com, and Microsoft Office tools, is a plus High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination (required).
