Remote Claims Support Specialist

To support a national mortgage servicer, the fully remote Claims Support Specialist will manage agency claims, conduct vendor audits, and resolve team escalations, with the potential for conversion to a full-time role based on performance. Key responsibilities File and manage agency claims on acquired or sold properties Run monthly process-control and vendor audits, flagging trends for leadership Resolve team escalations and assist in training new and current staff Required qualifications 5+ years in default servicing, mortgage insurance claims, or a legal setting Experience with LPS-MSP and strong knowledge of claims/foreclosure processes Independent, deadline-driven, and committed to confidentiality 1+ years of leadership experience is a plus
