We are looking for a Treasury Analyst to support the Treasury team’s strategy across North America, Canada, and Latin America. The role involves monthly and quarterly global cash flow analysis, bank reconciliation, treasury workstation maintenance, and Sarbanes‑Oxley reporting. Location: Onsite required in Boston, MA (or Pawtucket, RI during interim) with a hybrid schedule of three onsite days per week. Responsibilities Handle all essential components of Daily Cash Management for the US, Canada, and Latin America, including analysis, reconciliation, and confirmation of current and prior day activity. Initiate payment transactions, cash flows, and record investment/debt activity. Analyze available cash balances and initiate pooling transfers as appropriate. Maintain US/Canada & LATAM forecasts to ensure accurate reporting and liquidity planning. Maintain Treasury workstation information (counterparty ratings, bank accounts, account signers, money market daily factors). Troubleshoot connectivity issues between banks and the Treasury workstation, working with appropriate teams and maintaining relationships with banking partners. Serve as the primary liaison between cross‑functional partners in Finance, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Tax, banks, and affiliates in eleven countries. Communicate important information to collaborators as appropriate. Provide reports to the Capital Markets team for forecasting and support in foreign exchange, hedging, netting, intercompany activity, and share repurchase programs. Partner with local and Swiss Treasury teams to build upgraded reporting in the Treasury workstation aimed at refining and optimizing daily processes. Perform SOX reporting for key controls related to Treasury Operations to ensure compliance. Aid internal and external audit partners with testing of Treasury’s controls. Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for various Finance departments. Prepare and analyze bank fee statements. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Capability to multi‑task and be a self‑starter. Experience in Treasury, Finance, Accounting, or related area within a global environment is a plus. Compensation Pay range: $67,200 – $100,700 USD (varies by experience, skills, location, and market conditions). Employees may be eligible for annual and long‑term incentives.
