ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2003 and currently work alongside two team members. State Farm has truly been a family business for us, and that long-standing connection to the company has shaped how I run my agency today—with a strong emphasis on relationships, trust, and doing right by both customers and the team.
I’m a graduate of Bradley University and outside the office you’ll usually find me hunting, fishing, or golfing. That same balance carries into our workplace—we work hard, but we also enjoy ourselves and don’t take things too seriously all the time.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Darrell Rains - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
