Pharmacist Quality Monitor — Field Travel (Texas)

Texas Health and Human Services Commission seeks a Pharmacist I to join the Quality Monitoring Unit (QMU) within MCS. The Pharmacist Quality Monitor conducts visits to nursing facilities, reviews prescribing practices, and helps facilities improve patient safety and care quality across Texas. The role requires a Texas pharmacist license, willingness to travel up to 80% and to work collaboratively with MCS teams, applying evidence-based standards to advance care quality for residents. #J-18808-Ljbffr Texas Health and Human Services
