Competitive compensation with annual bonus opportunities Flexible work environment with hybrid and remote flexibility available Collaborative team structure with experienced attorneys and dedicated support staff Firm funded professional development opportunities, including continuing legal education programs Meaningful mentorship and direct exposure to complex litigation matters Opportunity for significant courtroom experience and trial preparation Clear path for advancement and long term career growth Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer match, PTO, and additional firm sponsored benefits Job Duties Manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution Handle all phases of discovery, including written discovery, disclosures, document production, and document review Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and other litigation related documents Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts Attend court hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and other proceedings Develop litigation strategy and perform legal research for complex matters Prepare clients and witnesses for depositions, hearings, and trial Participate in trial preparation, including exhibit management, witness preparation, and case development Collaborate closely with attorneys and support staff to provide exceptional client service Meet established billable hour expectations and maintain organized case management practices Job Requirements Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school Active Arizona Bar license in good standing 3-10+ years of litigation defense experience preferred Background in insurance defense or complex civil litigation strongly preferred Experience with Clio or other legal case management software preferred Candidates should be prepared to submit transcripts and writing samples for consideration during the interview process.
