Production Supervisor

Shift & Schedule Shifts Available: 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Sunday–Friday midnight finish) 3rd Shift: Starts Sunday at 12:00 AM (kicks off production week) Hours: 8-hour shifts + 1 hour mandatory overtime (9–10 hour days typical) Schedule: 24/5 continuous operation Key Responsibilities Stay actively engaged on the production floor at all times Support QA processes, including checking product quality and gathering materials Oversee and manage 1–2 extrusion lines per shift Lead and coordinate line workers to meet high production targets Execute frequent product changeovers using established numerical/paper-based processes Maintain workflow efficiency in a demanding, high-throughput environment Qualifications Prior plastic extrusion experience preferred Open to strong machine operators with leadership potential Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, production-focused setting Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus Comfortable working with minimal downtime and high output expectations Why Join Us?
