Revenue Cycle Practice Supervisor

Overview Growing Provider Management Organization is seeking a Revenue Cycle Practice Supervisor. Responsibilities Directly manage team members supporting assigned client accounts. Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and performance management to staff. Ensure staff adhere to established workflows, productivity standards, and quality expectations. Manage employee performance, including coaching, corrective action, and termination decisions when necessary. Support hiring, onboarding, and structuring of teams as accounts grow. Develop scalable team structures over time, delegating to leads or senior staff as appropriate. Lead monthly client meetings to review performance, including financial results, key performance indicators, and operational updates. Serve as the primary point of contact for operational communication and issue resolution for clients.
