If you want to contribute to meaningful work and be part of an organization that truly believes when you win, we all win, and when you fail, we all learn, then we’re eager to hear from you.The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills:What You will Do:Equipment Maintenance & CalibrationOversee and manage equipment maintenance programs, ensuring all lab instruments are operational, calibrated, and compliant with industry standardsManage calibration schedules and maintain Equipment Calibration Records including calibration certificates, as-found/as-left data, and next-due trackingCoordinate with external calibration vendors and internal teams to minimize equipment downtimeTest Execution & SOP ManagementEnsure strict execution of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all lab activitiesConduct and oversee test executions across environmental, mechanical, electrical, and metrology disciplinesOperate and manage specialized equipment including Instron, ESD simulators, Environmental chambers, CT/CMM scanners, FTIR spectrometersGenerate comprehensive Test Execution Reports with pass/fail results, environmental conditions, and anomaly notesDevelop, review, and update SOP documentation for equipment and processesLab Administration & OnboardingManage lab access onboarding for new team members and vendorsOversee inventory management, consumables tracking, and reorder processesMaintain Lab Inventory Reports including inventory levels, consumption rates, and reorder recommendationsPreventive MaintenanceOwn and drive the Preventive Maintenance (PM) program for all lab equipmentMaintain PM completion logs with findings, replacements, and next-due datesProactively identify and address equipment issues before they impact operationsWhat You Will Bring:Qualifications / Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent technical disciplineExperience: 5+ years of experience in lab operations, equipment management, or R&D lab environmentFamiliarity with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) regulations in lab settingsExperience with data-driven KPI tracking and reporting toolsBackground in NPI (New Product Introduction) validation testingSkills & Competencies Hands-on experience with environmental test chambers, Instron/mechanical testers, ESD simulators, CT/CMM scanners, and/or FTIR spectrometersStrong understanding of calibration standards and metrology principlesProficiency in electrical and mechanical rework/assemblyExperience developing and maintaining SOPs and work instructionsKnowledge of preventive maintenance programs and schedulingFamiliarity with inventory management systems and consumables trackingStrong organizational and project management skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationPay Range: $120000 - $130000.Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure.
