USESI is seeking a motivated and experienced Receiving Supervisor to join our team at our Cranbury, NJ location . Job Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities Supervise daily receiving operations to ensure accurate and timely processing of inbound shipments Oversee unloading, checking, and system receipt of incoming materials Verify product quantities and inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies Ensure all received goods are properly labeled, stored, and entered into inventory systems Lead, train, and develop receiving team members to meet productivity and accuracy goals Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and transportation teams to resolve discrepancies Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company standards Monitor workflow and staffing to meet operational demands Qualifications and Skills High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred Previous experience in receiving, warehouse, or distribution operations required Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse processes Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be active throughout the shift Benefits Matching 401(k) Company‑paid Life Insurance + (AD&D) Supplemental Life Insurance Short and Long Term Disability Flexible Spending Accounts Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Choice of Voluntary Benefits including identity theft It is the policy of USESI and its affiliates to consider applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion, creed, gender, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, marital or veteran status, or any other legally protected status.
