4+ Year Litigation / Employment Law Associate Attorney

We are looking for an experienced, Arizona-licensed litigation / employment litigation attorney to join a respected mid-sized law firm in Scottsdale, Arizona. This opportunity is well suited for a motivated legal specialist who thrives in a fast-paced practice and is ready to handle a broad range of litigation matters with increasing independence. Candidates with an employment law background are welcome, though strong general civil litigation experience will also be considered.Responsibilities:• Manage litigation matters from initial case assessment through resolution, maintaining momentum and careful attention at each stage of the process.• Prepare persuasive motions, legal memoranda, and court filings that reflect strong research, writing, and analytical judgment.• Oversee written discovery, develop strategic responses, and work with clients to gather and organize relevant information.• Conduct legal research and draft briefs that support case strategy in both procedural and substantive disputes.• Collaborate with partners and other attorneys on case planning, witness preparation, and overall litigation strategy.• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, conferences, and other litigation-related proceedings as appropriate to experience level.• Handle matters involving workplace and employment-related claims when needed, while supporting a wider portfolio of civil litigation cases.
