Account Executive – iHeartMedia This role is a full-time, salaried position located in San Antonio, TX. Responsibilities Learn and master iHeart’s Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products. Identify and develop new business opportunities through in‑person meetings, research, and consistent daily cold‑calling. Cultivate existing business using the full suite of products. Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue and create effective marketing campaigns. Deliver compelling sales presentations fueled by data to meet client expectations. Qualifications Self‑motivated with a go‑getter attitude and excellent relationship‑building skills. Strong communication, persuasive speaking, and problem‑solving abilities. Goal‑oriented, expert negotiator, proactive. Ability to plan and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Comfortable with cold‑calling and lead‑generation outreach. Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a high school diploma (college degree preferred). Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms. Experience in digital/media sales is a plus but not required. Capable of organizing and prioritizing day‑to‑day work priorities.
