Create tailored treatment plans targeting immediate goals along with ongoing communication, cognitive, or swallowing needs.

Deliver individualized speech therapy interventions with a focus on facets such as communication, fluency, voice, and swallowing.

Work in tandem with physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to design cohesive and patient-centered care strategies.

Educate patients and their families, empowering them to continue progress outside of the clinical environment.

Participate in occasional inpatient speech therapy evaluations and interventions, ensuring seamless continuity of care throughout each patient's journey.

Maintain precise and timely documentation in alignment with state, federal, and organizational guidelines.

Remain abreast of the latest advancements in speech pathology through ongoing education and collaboration with peers.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification is not yet achieved.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of start date.

Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based treatment methods for individuals of all ages, with a solid grasp of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Exceptional interpersonal skills for engaging with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Ability to modify therapy techniques to accommodate various cultural and linguistic preferences.
