Job Title: Part-Time Front Desk Agent (PM/AM Rotating)
On the River Inn is seeking a part-time Front Desk Agent to join our team. This position requires availability for PM shifts (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) , with occasional AM shifts (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) . We are looking for someone with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.

On The River Inn is newly managed by Imprint Hospitality , a full-service hotel and restaurant management company specializing in lifestyle and boutique properties. We focus on creating unique guest experiences by combining innovative technology with genuine human connection. Imprint Hospitality also offers development services, consulting, and asset management to help each property reach its full potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and interact with guests in a warm, welcoming, and professional manner
- Check guests in and out, ensuring:
- Accurate billing and payment processing
- Special requests are properly noted and fulfilled
- Guest information is recorded correctly
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest emails
- Make and confirm reservations
- Answer and assist with incoming phone calls
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to handle financial transactions accurately
- Comfortable using computers, including email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and property management systems
- Previous hospitality experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to stand and move throughout most of the shift
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliability and punctuality
- Friendly, guest-focused attitude
- A team player who enjoys working with people
- Flexibility to work additional hours during high-occupancy periods
