Westaff is looking for a Dispatcher Coordinator in the Wrentham, MA area for Immediate Start!
Location: Wrentham, MA
Shift: Monday-Friday Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Training Period: Must be available to train on the afternoon shift (2:30 PM to 9:00 PM) for approximately one week
Pay Rate: $18/hour
This position plays a key role in coordinating shipments, communicating with drivers and customers, and ensuring daily operations run efficiently.

Responsibilities
- o Coordinate and dispatch daily shipments and deliveries
- o Communicating with drivers, warehouse personnel, and customers
- o Monitor shipment status and resolve scheduling issues
- o Enter and update shipment information in company systems
- o Maintain accurate records and documentation
- o Respond to emails and phone inquiries in a professional manner
- o Support daily warehouse and transportation operations
- • Previous dispatch, logistics, transportation, or warehouse experience preferred
- • Strong computer skills required
- • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- • Excellent communication and organizational skills
- • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- • Reliable attendance and punctuality
