Insurance and Financial Services Position – State Farm Agent Team Member Full Time in Colorado Springs – CO. Position Overview Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a bilingual (Spanish) professional to join an energetic team focused on value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. This is a sales position with a base salary and commissions/bonuses. The agency provides all leads and robust training and development. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Maintain strong work ethic with total commitment to success. Meet performance targets and contribute to team success. Requirements Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs. Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and listening communication skills. Enthusiastic about the role of insurance and financial products in helping people manage risks. Ability to work in a team environment. Billing Spanish language skills. Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain). Life and Health license (must be able to obtain). Sales experience required. Compensation: $80,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year. Note: This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies.
