Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions remotely, employing telehealth technologies to engage effectively with clients.

• Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate customized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of client progress, treatment interventions, and outcomes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients facing urgent emotional distress or life challenges.

• Collaborate with a network of healthcare professionals, including primary care providers and specialists, to coordinate holistic care for clients.

• Engage in regular professional development and training sessions as mandated by state licensing requirements to ensure adherence to current best practices.

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse population encompassing various backgrounds, age groups, and family dynamics. Clients may range from individuals seeking support with anxiety, depression, and relationship issues, to families navigating significant life transitions. Your therapeutic approach will empower clients to achieve their personal and relational goals, facilitating meaningful change while respecting their unique experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Nevada.

• Proficient in using telehealth platforms for conducting therapy sessions. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in remote therapy.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients swiftly.

• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively in a remote working environment.

• Salary expectations in the range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
