Industrial Cutter in Goshen, IN | Full-Time | Hourly | Manufacturing Location: 901 E. Madison Street, Goshen, IN 46528 Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 5:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. Precision Starts Here Do you enjoy hands-on work, attention to detail, and being part of a team that builds quality products? As a Cutter at Wieland Designs, you'll prepare fabric for production using advanced automated cutting equipment while helping ensure every product begins with accuracy and quality. No sewing experience is required—just a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn. What You'll Do Operate automated cutting equipment safely and efficiently. Read production cut sheets and prepare the correct materials. Measure, cut, and organize fabric according to production specifications. Scan material information into the computer system and maintain accurate records. Verify fabric yardage and layer counts before cutting. Maintain automated cutting equipment and complete required maintenance records. Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe. Remove recyclable materials and maintain good housekeeping practices. Work closely with production teammates to keep manufacturing running smoothly. Help ensure every order meets Wieland Designs' quality standards. What We're Looking For Basic computer skills. Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Ability to read measuring tools and convert measurements. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Dependable attendance and a positive team attitude. Ability to stand throughout the shift and regularly lift up to 25 pounds. Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Work Environment This position is performed in a manufacturing facility and requires standing for the duration of the shift, repetitive hand movements, lifting materials, and operating automated cutting equipment. The environment includes moderate machine noise and light fabric lint and dust.
