Program Manager BHT Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a full continuum of care across Arizona, Oklahoma, and the District of Columbia. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient‑centered medical homes, medication‑assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. Job Summary The Program Manager oversees the day‑to‑day clinical and business operations of assigned site/program(s). The primary role is to supervise staff who work with members to obtain and maintain housing in the community, increase income stability, and provide quality support services and housing resources. The Program Manager builds a cohesive team that collaborates with internal teams and community stakeholders to provide quality care, tracks client paperwork and referrals, and reports to leadership. Skills / Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Associate’s Degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred. One (1) year of management experience in a facility‑based crisis or medical facility setting, or a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in behavioral health required. Lived experience in recovery from mental health and/or substance use disorders, homelessness, family members, and veterans preferred. Data management proficiency in Excel and reporting programming preferred. Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) certification in accordance with A.A.C. R9-10-101.33 and CBI Clinical Policies and Procedures required. Current Arizona Driver’s License (valid and in good standing). Clear 39‑month Motor Vehicle Record. Peer Certification preferred.
