Evercrest Group is growing our team in Las Vegas, NV and is seeking motivated, career-driven individuals to join us as an Assistant Brand Manager .

This role is designed for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in brand marketing, customer engagement, campaign execution, and leadership development . As an Assistant Brand Manager, you’ll work directly with customers while supporting marketing initiatives for the brands we represent and learning how successful campaigns are developed, executed, and managed.

What You'll Do

• Support the execution of brand marketing, promotional, and customer engagement campaigns
• Represent client brands professionally during direct, face-to-face customer interactions
• Educate customers on products, services, promotions, and brand offerings
• Help increase brand awareness and support customer acquisition goals
• Build positive customer relationships while delivering a strong brand experience
• Collaborate with team members to understand target audiences and improve outreach strategies
• Assist with tracking campaign performance, customer feedback, and daily goals
• Participate in ongoing training focused on marketing strategy, communication, sales, and leadership
• Take on additional campaign and leadership responsibilities as you gain experience
