Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner

Job Overview Specialty: Nurse Practitioner in Orthopedic Surgery - Trauma Location: Georgia Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient Shift and Dates: 24-hour call including clinic Mon-Fri 8-5. Shifts Mon-Sun Patient Volume: 12 Level II Trauma Required Procedures: No First Assist needed. This will be inpatient/ED rounding on ortho trauma cases along with outpatient clinic schedule. We are a Level II Trauma center and the cases are trauma related cases and not elective procedures. We need splint/cast, fracture reductions, injections, etc. Support Staff: There are two physicians and 2 APPs (one APP is vacant). 2 MAs in clinic. Full nursing in inpatient/ED.
