IT Project Manager

Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Project Manager for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Pennington, NJ. This is a 12 month contract opportunity.

This position is responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of complex projects across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will lead and direct the work of project resources, integrate various work streams, and manage project scope, timeline, and budget while operating in an agile environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end management and delivery of a material change for a project of high complexity across multiple departments and business units
• Manage, lead and direct the work efforts of resources that may be functionally aligned as part of the project
• Oversee the end-to-end integration of various work streams in order to deliver the intended project solution
• Manage project scope, timeline and budget/expenses
• Obtain and align resources to key project roles
• Establish clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities
• Oversee project execution, integration, implementation, and risk management
• Manage mitigation planning, readiness/change adoption, stakeholder management, and quality assurance
• Ensure that all applicable change requirements are satisfied
• Act as the primary point of contact and integration for the project
• Act as a program manager on an interim basis if required

Requirements:

• Ability to represent senior project stakeholders
• Experience working on agile projects
• Previous project management experience in the financial industry
• Knowledge of SDLC

Pay range: $55.15 - $63.15 per hour
