Our client, a leading advertising agency based in Chicago, is seeking a highly organized and strategic VP Director, Digital Producer to lead the production and delivery of digital creative assets across a portfolio of major brands. This role is ideal for a senior-level producer who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and excels at managing complex projects, cross-functional teams, and multiple stakeholder groups simultaneously. The VP Director, Digital Producer will oversee digital content production, adaptation, localization, and execution across a variety of marketing channels, ensuring high-quality deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

Pay Rate: $85-$90/hour

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end production of digital creative assets across multiple client accounts and brands.
• Oversee master asset development, localization, and transcreation workflows for global and regional campaigns.
• Manage production across digital display, online video (OLV), digital out-of-home (DOOH), social media, and other digital marketing channels.
• Develop and maintain project scopes, estimates, budgets, timelines, resource plans, and risk assessments.
• Facilitate creative reviews, manage stakeholder feedback cycles, and drive projects through final delivery.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal agency teams, creative partners, and production vendors.
• Ensure all work is delivered on schedule, within scope, and aligned with quality standards and client expectations.
• Successfully balance multiple high-priority projects and competing deadlines in a dynamic agency environment.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve team efficiency, and optimize production workflows.

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in digital production, integrated production, project management, or related agency environments.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-channel digital campaigns for large-scale brands.
• Strong experience developing project estimates, production plans, schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Exceptional client-facing communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple high-profile accounts and concurrent workstreams.
• Interest in or hands-on experience with AI-enabled creative production tools and workflows, including generative AI and image creation platforms.
• Prior agency account management experience with a progression into production leadership is highly preferred.
• Experience working within advertising, creative, or integrated marketing agencies.
• Familiarity with global content adaptation and localization programs.
