What You Will DoAs Product Marketing Manager for the Commercial Access Control and Video portfolio, you will lead strategic, global marketing initiatives. You will define and execute outcome-driven marketing strategies that strengthen market leadership, accelerate growth, and expand customer and channel engagement.This role combines strategic thinking with execution excellence leading marketing for high impact product and software releases, driving integrated campaigns, and delivering measurable business impact. You will own performance-led marketing programs, using data, benchmarks, and KPIs to maximize return on investment and influence revenue growth.Location: Milwaukee, WI preferred. We are open to considering highly qualified candidates from other locations who have strong product marketing experience within commercial security, access control, video surveillance, building technologies, or related industries.Role OverviewYou are the voice of the customer and a key driver of market success for the commercial security portfolio. Partnering cross-functionally with product management, engineering, sales, and regional marketing teams, you will translate technical capabilities into compelling value propositions and go-to-market strategies.You will position our solutions to resonate with building owners, facility managers, consultants, integrators, and customers driving both new business and lifecycle growth across existing installations.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic GrowthDevelop and lead the annual product marketing plan to deliver targeted growth, including a minimum contribution of 2% incremental revenue in FY27Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive gaps to shape portfolio strategyGo-to-Market & Launch ExcellenceDefine and execute global go-to-market strategies for new and existing commercial security offeringsLead end-to-end product launches, including campaign planning, messaging, content development, and performance trackingAlign launch execution across regions, channels, and customer segmentsCampaigns & Demand GenerationDesign and deliver integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive pipeline growth and customer engagementPartner with regional marketing and sales teams to optimize audience targeting, channel mix, and campaign performanceCustomer & Market Insightsfor Thought LeadershipApply market research, analytics, and industry insights to inform strategy and messagingMaintain a strong understanding of competitive positioning and global security landscape, understanding market size, potential, trends, etc.Champion the voice of the customer across product, marketing, and commercial teamsMessaging & EnablementDevelop differentiated value propositions, positioning, and messaging that clearly articulate business outcomes (efficiency, resilience, cybersecurity, sustainability)Create high-impact sales enablement tools to support global sales and channel teamsCross-Functional LeadershipCollaborate across product management, engineering, L&D, business development, and legal teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality marketing programsManage external agencies and partners to execute campaigns effectivelyPerformance & OptimizationDefine success metrics and track KPIs to continuously optimize marketing effectiveness and ROIUse data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve campaign performanceRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or a related field10+ years of experience in product marketing, with a strong track record in strategic marketing leadershipProven ability to translate complex technical offerings into compelling, customer-focused value propositionsStrong analytical mindset with experience driving measurable business outcomes through KPI-led marketingExcellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skillsDemonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively in a global, matrixed organizationWillingness to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 10%)Preferred QualificationsMBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or a related disciplineExperience in security, HVAC, or industrial technology marketsGlobal or international marketing experienceWhy This RoleThis role is critical to accelerating growth of the commercial security portfolio.
