Pay Range: $55 - $60/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).


Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support Client FileNet P8/Content Manager solutions.
• Develop and maintain FileNet workflows using Client Business Automation Workflow / Case Manager.
• Configure object stores, document classes, properties, metadata, security, and retention policies.
• Develop integrations between FileNet and enterprise applications using Java, REST/SOAP APIs, and web services.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs and implementation plans.
• Customize FileNet components and troubleshoot application and production issues.
• Develop, execute, and support unit, integration, and regression testing.
• Participate in code reviews, deployment activities, and production support.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to offshore/onshore teams.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with IBM FileNet P8, FileNet Content Engine, FileNet Process Engine, and Client Content Navigator (ICN).
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE, REST/SOAP web services, and enterprise application integration.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with application servers and Linux/Windows environments.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC processes.
• Experience with Client Business Automation Workflow (BAW) and Client Case Manager / Case Foundation.
• Knowledge of FileNet-to-cloud or legacy-content migration.
• Experience integrating FileNet with .NET/Java applications.
• Familiarity with AWS/Azure cloud and DevOps, Git, Jenkins, CI/CD.
• Background in the healthcare or insurance industry.
