Registered Nurse PICU

$2105.28/week - Job Summary: Seeking experienced Registered Nurse for Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) travel assignment. The role requires dedicated patient care within a hospital setting, with an emphasis on critical pediatric care. Responsibilities: Provide expert nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients in the PICU. Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition promptly. Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans. Document patient care accurately and maintain comprehensive medical records. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, infection control, and hospital policies. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of hospital-based experience in a PICU or similar setting. Active Compact State Nursing License required at submission. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Ability to work night shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills.
