Key Responsibilities

As an LCSW, you play a pivotal role in the hospice care team, providing psychotherapy services tailored to the unique needs of patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify patients' mental health needs and developing personalized, solution-focused treatment plans.
• Administering a variety of therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), catering to each patient's unique circumstances.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.
• Collaborating closely with interdisciplinary team members to discuss treatment progress and share insights that contribute to high-quality patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits
