Campaign Manager

We are looking for a Campaign Manager to support day-to-day marketing execution for a machinery manufacturing organization in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. This Long-term Contract position is well suited for an entry-level to mid-level marketing specialist who enjoys keeping campaigns moving efficiently from planning through launch and follow-up. The role centers on execution, coordination, and ongoing campaign operations while partnering with internal stakeholders to help drive lead generation and demand generation efforts.Responsibilities:• Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.• Support daily campaign operations by managing timelines, updates, and cross-functional communication needed to keep initiatives progressing smoothly.• Assist with lead generation and demand generation programs by organizing assets, monitoring activities, and helping campaigns reach target audiences effectively.• Work closely with campaign leadership to translate approved plans and priorities into actionable tasks and launch-ready materials.• Review campaign content and materials for consistency, version accuracy, and alignment with established marketing standards.• Track campaign progress and provide regular status updates so stakeholders remain informed on milestones, adjustments, and next steps.• Help maintain campaign documentation, revision history, and process details to support organized execution and efficient collaboration.• Contribute to the deployment and management of media and advertising efforts that support broader marketing objectives.
