Welder

We are seeking a Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of welding techniques and fabrication processes. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Perform various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding Ensure weld quality meets industry standards and company specifications Maintain welding equipment and supplies Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Cut, shape, and assemble metal components using various tools and machinery Fit and align components to ensure proper fit and function Grind and finish welds to meet required tolerances Quality Control Inspect fabricated products for defects and conformance to specifications Implement quality control measures to ensure product quality Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) Maintain a clean and organized work environment Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Valid welding certifications (e.g., AWS, CWB) Proven experience in welding and fabrication Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and equipment Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various positions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license (preferred) Working Conditions Hours of Work 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from Monday through Friday.
